I realized I was studying a field I didn’t feel any passion for. I got control of my life and started tattooing all my friends. Without seeing what was unfolding for me, I had a consistent amount of appointments. One year into my tattooing career I took the initiative of moving to America. As a very fresh artist to tattooing I had a lot of adjusting to do. Three months into my move to America I went back to Bogota to build the portfolio I wanted. 

The barrier of learning English and shops not seeing the potential I saw in myself as an artist put a hard strain on my initial growth in America. It definitely took some time before I finally got a good opportunity, I knew this would not come easily. I remained persistent in my growth as an artist and eventually it came to me. In my travels around the world, in search of inspiration through museums and art galleries, and my taking to black and gray tattooing, has all molded me into the artist I am today
